Anxiety is an emotion that we all experience throughout our life times. It’s partially at the foundation of our primal fight or flight reactions and yet, with so much that’s changing and happening in our world these days, if you’re not able to get a hold of your own anxiety, it can be debilitating. The truth however, is not to gain control over your anxiety as it is, letting GO of your need for control.
