There are five steps you can take in order to take greater responsibility for your actions and harm done. Acknowledging your behaviors and if you’ve inflicted any harm is important and then, learning how to unlearn old behavior and swap them out for new healthier behavior is fundamental. Without this approach in life, chances are great that you’ll just continue to behave in a cycle of repeating outcomes.
